04.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy that helps people process and heal from past trauma. It uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to help the brain "reprocess" distressing memories, reducing their emotional charge. This allows you to feel less triggered and more in control of your emotions.

Brainspotting is a therapy that helps you access and release deeply stored emotional pain by focusing on specific eye positions. By finding a "brainspot" connected to your trauma or emotions, your brain naturally processes and heals unresolved feelings, leading to deep emotional relief and nervous system regulation.

05.

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-focused therapy that helps release stress and trauma stored in the nervous system. Instead of just talking about past experiences, SE helps you tune into physical sensations, allowing your body to process and let go of stuck emotions. This approach gently restores balance, reduces anxiety, and builds resilience.

06.

Hypnotherapy is a guided practice that helps you access a deeply relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind is more open to positive change. Using visualization and suggestion techniques, it can help reprogram limiting beliefs, reduce anxiety, and support healing from trauma. Unlike stage hypnosis, you remain in control and aware throughout the process.

Our intensive therapy sessions offer a focused and immersive approach to deep healing, providing the equivalent of weeks or months of traditional therapy in a condensed timeframe. Designed for individuals who are ready to break through emotional blocks and accelerate their healing, these sessions integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Hypnotherapy, and CBT to address relational trauma, emotional regulation, and self-limiting patterns.
